Noise: Please respect your neighbors. Refrain from loud noise at night that the neighbors can hear. Violation of this can result in immediate vacation of the premises. Guests: Only guests registered with the host allowed on premises. Property: Respect furniture and only use appliances for intended use. Deck: No skiing or jumping off deck. Access: Guest should allow homeowner access to property for purposes of repair/inspection as deemed reasonable. Bears: Read section in house guide in its entirety as this is a safety issue. Keep Cabin and car doors locked at all times (bears are capable of opening doors) Clean up any food in outdoor areas. Trash: If you need to take out trash during your stay there is a waste disposal facility located behind the Pigeon Forge Middle School @ 447 Tiger Drive, Pigeon Forge. The phone number is: (eight six five, four two eight, zero zero four two) and the hours are Mon-Saturday, 8am-6pm. Children: Must be monitored at all times, especially when in close proximity to hot tub, near fire pit or fireplace, and outdoors. Baby gate and pack n play are available in upstairs bedroom closet. Hot Tub: See section of house guide regarding use. Guest understands that there is a hot tub available on the property for private use. Guest assumes all liability from use of hot tub. Consuming alcoholic beverages while in hot tub can exaggerate effects of alcohol. Bolt door lock to hot tube deck when not in use. Keep cover secured on hot tub when not in use. Housekeeping: Linens and bath towels provided. Washer/dryer available in lower level for guest's use. First Aid: First aid kit in the hall closet on the first floor. Storm: In the event of rare power loss, flashlights and batteries are available in the hall closet on the 1st floor. Please don't use flashlights for other activities. Fireplaces: Gas fireplace entry level Wood fireplace lower level Outdoor fire pit ** Please reference guidebook before use. Fireplace cover will get hot, take precautions with children. ** Thermostat: One thermostat in basement, one on first floor. Plumbing: Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products. Guest will be charged damages if clogged pipes. Weather: Four wheel drive and/or chains are required when snow/icy in the winter months. Local roads can be covered in snow and are curvy and steep. No refunds will be given for anything related to road conditions. Travel insurance recommended. Pets: No Pets are allowed in the cabin at any time. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed indoors or outdoors on property. Alcohol and Drugs: Guest agrees that there will be no illegal activity on the premises. Alcohol should only be consumed by those over age 21. Fireworks: Firework use is not permitted at any time.

This is a mountain cabin. Roads leading to the cabin are paved, however some parts are steep and winding which may make some drivers feel uncomfortable. The steep parts are short and shouldn't deter most drivers from reaching the cabin. Four wheel drive and or chains are recommended during the winter due to icy/snowy conditions, but are not necessary during other seasons. We are unable to give refunds due to weather or adverse road conditions. Travel insurance is recommended.
